Highly recommend Margaret. She did exactly what I asked her to do and I love my cut. The only drawback was the price point and that’s on me, the website did not list prices and for me it was above my budget.

I came in town for my nephew’s wedding and needed an updo. My appointment with Caroline could not have gone better. Caroline is experienced but very open to and asks for feedback along the way. It was very easy to ask questions and make decisions together on what would work best. I never get updos so this was new territory for me and she put me completely at ease. An easy 5 star recommendation!

I hardly ever leave reviews but this place was just what I needed to find. I'm a Memphis native and have yet to find my "places" for hair/facials etc. I've been going to goulds for years but I walked into Juve for a facial (after calling them the same day and the esthetician answered the phone!) She got me in within the hour and that was just the beginning of the experience. I walk in and she takes me upstairs and wants to learn about me, what's going on in my life and what I want today as far as the facial. I told her I had just experienced a death in the family and I needed to relax! That's exactly what happened. I saw Madeline and I can say she was so kind and patient and it was one of the best facials I've had! I enjoyed it so much that she scheduled me an appointment to get my hair done the very next day!! I come in the next day and I got scheduled with Audrey, and she was so personable and kind as well. She and I had a great conversation the whole time and she ensured I was comfortable! I got a glaze and hair cut and I am over the moon! Thank you so much!
