I was seeking a small office space to facilitate meetings. My needs are very specific and not flexible. I had been trying to find this space on my own and found that process confusing and frustrating.
Working with Joshua Fisher and Wriley Gillen, I was able to get EXACTLY what I wanted. They very quickly built a list of very attractive options within my budget and then helped me navigate the selection and leasing process.
Working with the Jones Aur team allowed me to accomplish my goals. They are expert at what they do and easy to work with. They made the process fun.
Joshua Fisher was great to work with. This was our first time leasing commercial property. He helped us in understanding the process as well as negotiating with the leasing manager. We will definitely be using him for any future property deals.
