    State Farm set up a windshield replacement. Jack Morris came to my home but had the wrong windshield. The branch manager called and apologized but had to switch me to a different location because the tech quit when he got back to the store. The replacement was set up for a couple of days later. I got a text saying tech will be out between 8:00 and 5:00 but will call me on the day of replacement to give a time. The shop called around 10:00 AM saying he saw an email about a replacement but did not know anything about a replacement and the windshield had not been ordered plus his tech was out sick. I told him I would reschedule. I called back to reschedule and the replacement was set up but on that date I had not heard from anyone about a time so I called around 9:30AM to check on my appointment but nobody could find any information. They asked if they could come the next day and I told them I gave them 3 chances and I didn't have any confidence they would ever show up. Very poor service and no communication.

    If I could leave a -5 stars I would. I've never dealt with such an unorganized group of individuals. No one knows what's going on and they're extremely unprofessional and rude. They have been giving me the run around about my windshield for over a month. I've taken off work twice after I've been promised by management they would get it taken care of and I would be the first person of the day to get my windshield fixed. Today, I was told AGAIN someone would come first thing in the morning to my home only to have to call them myself to find out they had no technicians and no one would be coming. No one was even going to bother to give me a call to let me know this. Terrible customer service and do not recommend unless you'd like your time wasted and talked to very rudely.

    If I could give them a 0 I would. I scheduled a mobile repair for March 6. They arrived on time. After a few minutes they called me and I came outside. The glass they had brought with them had a big scratch that could not be buffed out. They said that they would have the ladies in the office order another glass. I tried calling for over 2 weeks and the phone just rang and would eventually disconnect. My State Farm agent also attempted to phone to find out what the issue was since Jack Morris actually filed the claim. For 1 week my agent had the same result; no one answers the phone. To date I have heard absolutely nothing from them . I have advised my agent not to send anyone else to them. Since they were sold customer service is nonexistant!
