Emily did such a great job with my hair. I'm normally very cautious about people cutting my hair, so it meant a lot to me to be given such a great cut. The staff were all very nice, and the energy in the salon was wonderful. Couldn't recommend Emily and Goulds On Overton Square enough :)
The Staff, Receptionist and Manicurist are all very Professional, Courteous. Knowledgeable and Efficient.
Seating in the waiting area is not very comfortable. Seats are low and difficult to stand up from after seating down but decor is fine.
Ok So I had major trust issues when it comes to having my hair done at a salon but I have nothing but great things to say about this place, It is by far my favorite place to go now, the lovely ladies and gents here take pride in there art work & they make sure to get every detail of what you are wanting, they are up front about what they can & cant do in a positive manner, which I appreciated very much, even though I didn't get exactly what I wanted, I was so astonished and so ecstatic about my new look, i am in love with how it turned out and I will be coming back in three months as she suggested, so to anyone who has had rough experiences from other salons i can honestly...read full review
