Excellent knowledge - they were able to track down and order the parts I needed to repair a 20+ year old Kohler tub faucet. I had already checked three other plumbing supply places, and these were the only ones that were able to find and order them. I didn't have any experience with the showroom side, so this is just a review of the parts department.

Carl was a big help! I went in to look for a pop up drain for our vessel sink because the one I ordered online did not fit. They had one that would fit but Carl asked a few questions to make sure he understood why I needed a different one. Come to find out, our granite company didn’t drill the hole properly. If I would have bought the new pop up drain, it would have worked, but it also would have caused other problems with sitting water. Because of Carl’s knowledge and seeking to understand why I was asking for a different drain, we now have the granite company coming out to drill the proper hole and I won’t have to deal with sitting water :).
