There are few words to describe the degree of excellence and professionalism Tommy and his crew demonstrate. Tommy’s estimate to paint the entire first floor of my home was more than reasonable. He started the project when promised and completed the work, which included significant repairs, in five days. He was on site & actively involved every single day. His crew are polite & very considerate. To say the work looks fabulous is an understatement. Tomorrow, ECP&C begins painting & repairing the exterior of my home. Again, Tommy’s expertise & advice are invaluable and the fairness of his estimate is remarkable. I’m anxious to see the end results. I cannot recommend Emerald City Painting & Construction enough.
Emerald City Painting & Construction came highly recommended. I reached out via Facebook and received immediate response. We scheduled a time to meet and discuss what was needed and expectations. Within a few days, I had a quote in hand. Even better, due to a cancellation, they were able to get us on their schedule before cold weather made it less than ideal to paint the exterior. ECP&C’s crew were on time, considerate, polite, efficient, and did a fantastic job. Communication from owner was great from managing expectations to helping pick colors to finishing the job. I needed to replace the loose banisters near my front door before we replaced our flooring. We wanted a half wall to replace the loose banister near the front door, and end caps and new banister for the stairs leading up. He gave me great suggestions, and explained options that I had not thought about. He added details to combine the new with what remained, and fixed the wood on the stairs to make sure the new carpet would flow correctly around the endcaps he installed. We now have a beautiful entryway that is very sturdy. I highly recommend Emerald City!
