Cindy is without a doubt the best practitioner in Memphis. She's very efficient and particular about her work, but she is also funny and entertaining and very good at keeping your mind off the idea that a needle is LITERALLY burning the hair off your face / underarms / wherever. Electro is the only certified way to make sure that the hair doesn't grow back. Not a single hair she's zapped has grown back - I can't say that about the laser practices that I've visited. (And if you've visited a laser hair removal studio, you're familiar with the white hairs that inevitably require electrolysis!)

Great personal operation! I've had electrolysis at many venues in many states and Cindy Goforth knows her stuff! She is friendly, efficient, professional and clean and works with you so you get the results you want. She will take the time to sit down and explain the procedure to first-timers to dispel any myths and misconceptions and set appropriate expectations. The office isn't super fancy and that's OK. It's clean, functional and pleasant. I'd rather not pay more just for a fancy reception area and a high society address. I highly recommend East Memphis Electrolysis.

Cindy offers great service and conversation. I would highly recommend visiting East Memphis Electrolysis if you have any unwanted hair. The process is relatively quick and painless. The electrologists are very knowledgeable about hair removal and are happy to explain the process to new clients.FYI: they only accept checks, so remember to bring your checkbook
