If I could choose 3 words to describe this company, they would be professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. If I had three words to describe Joe, who orchestrated the team, they would be thoughtful, genuine, and considerate. There were 3 different teams I worked with to get my kitchen floor installed and they were all equally knowledgeable, professional, and just great people. Everyone took the time to answer my questions and explain things to me. Easley provided a great experience in what could have been an extremely stressful situation. I had a water leak in an upstairs bathroom that damaged a large area of my downstairs kitchen. After contacting my insurance company, they recommended Easley as one of three companies that they would utilize to do the work. I contacted Easley and within a couple of days Scott came out on a Tuesday to look at the damage and quote the work that needed to be done and give me an estimate to do the work.

My insurance company used them when my home had water damage. They were professional, friendly and did a great job. They handled everything and did not short cut anything... really a great bunch of people to work with.
