Always friendly and helpful, and looking to provide good service. The automation is really nice and effective, but always with a person in the vicinity to give a greeting, and help if needed.
I had some alterations done by Sandy at A Better Fit which is right next to Drake! All I can say is AWESOME! Sandy is the best. She made me feel very comfortable and my clothes and the work done is perfect.My husband and I have used Drake Cleaners for 20 (guessing) years...at least since we moved in the neighborhood. Great service and we are so glad we found everyone at Drake and A Better Fit!
Drake Cleaners did a wonderful job cleaning and preserving my daughter’s wedding gown. They even sent a picture after it was cleaned. I highly recommend them for not only wedding gown preservation, but for alterations as well.
