I live in midtown Memphis and lost power during a bad ice storm when a large limb tore my powerlines from the house. I know Dana Mitchell must have been inundated with service calls for repairs but they added me to their list. Within 12 hours, they sent electrician Mike and he couldn’t have been more gracious, kind, thorough and skilled. Even in the dark and in freezing temps, he remained friendly and focused. Simply amazing. I will use them and recommend them for any of my future electrical needs.Service: Power restoration
Dana went above and beyond for us. The owner himself came out as all of the technicians were booked up. He solved 2 issues at once for us for a reasonable price and couldn't ask for more.
I cannot say enough good things about the team at Dana Mitchell Electric. When an unforeseen electrical failure threatened to ruin a corporate event, Dana not only answered the phone on a Saturday night, but his technician Brian was on site in less than 20 minutes. He got to work immediately and went above and beyond to get the issue resolved and the evening back on track. They were kind, responded quickly, and genuinely saved what was an otherwise hopeless situation. Thank you for your availability, urgency, and excellent work. I could not have asked for more.
