So this is late and long overdue! Robert is awesome! He's fast, responsive, easy to work with and very reasonably priced. I'm a small business and work from home so I heavily rely on my computer to keep my business going. He understood the assignment and had my computer ready in a few days, the only thing that took long was waiting for the motherboard to arrive. Really appreciate his help and I highly recommend him!
Robert is not only great and knowledgeable in technology but also the epitome of “customer support” which is an “attitude”; not a position. I called him in the wee hours on a Saturday morning as my laptop had frozen in the middle of a lesson I was preparing to teach Sunday morning.
