Had the pleasure of working with Billy (William Haynes) on my first investment deal that I have purchased out of state. And in all honesty, he's the best realtor I have worked with yet. He was my eyes and ears for everything on this deal and I can not thank him enough for that. I was able to go through the appraisal/inspection period totally remotely and have comfort for his knowledge of the area. He was always honest, trustworthy and VERY responsive (hard to find these days). He made the entire process extremely streamlined. I can not say enough about this guy! I actually work with an insurance agency in town, and had the pleasure of working with the agent Shirli Esteb! It was an amazing experience, performing her due diligence and inspiring work ethic. She was very informative, and kept a n amazingly open line of communication. She was very thorough and did not rush the process, but was efficient! She is very mannerable and honest. A woman of integrity following up where she said she would. She is extremely personable and complemented with professionalism.
