We’ve been going there 3 years now and have been very impressed with the PA’s we’ve seen, the nurses are wonderful and if you call they always get back to you quickly.
We love Dr Franklin, he’s funny, very thorough & explains things so you understand what is going on or what the next step will be. He definitely puts your concerns at ease and seems to really care about his patients.

I have been using Dr Arthur Franklin for 15 years. He is awesome! He is also my sisters doctor and was my mothers doctor when she was with us. He is very thorough and really cares about his patients. I feel very confident every time I leave his office. He has been much more than just a doctor. When my mother passed away, I was very depressed. He talked me through everything and made a world of difference in my life. I have sent several friends to him and they have all thanked me. I highly recommend Dr. Franklin.
Jeremy Avila is great! He’s been an excellent primary and I have no complaints about him. He treats me with genuine kindness and concern. His staff are great too! I have a monthly medication I need and I come often for check ups n such given my medical history and everybody at Cresthaven always does a great job.All that being said, I have no clue why they never return phone calls! Anytime I need a prescription refill I have to go see them in person as its the only way I’ll get what I need. I’m not impaired or anything like that so it’s simply a minor inconvenience- but if you were elderly or disabled I could see how it’d be frustrating not to be able to call...read full review
