I recently visited Club4 Fitness in Memphis and was impressed by the massive size of the gym and how clean it was. I went in the early afternoon, and it wasn't very busy, which was great for getting a good workout in. However, I could tell that it probably gets busy at other times. One downside was a squeaky, rubbing sound in the weight room that was constant throughout my visit. It was a bit distracting, and I hope they can fix it soon. Another minor inconvenience was that since I was there on a guest pass, I didn't have a code to get into the bathroom and had to walk back to the front to ask for it. I'm new to Memphis and was looking for a gym to get out of a slump. After coming to Club4, I didn't need to try anywhere else. The staff were friendly and engaging as they showed me around the gym. Of the dozens of gyms I’ve been to, Darrion is one of the best staff members I've had the pleasure to meet. I have 10yrs of customer service experience, 5yrs in management, so I know good people can be hard to find. Give Darrion a raise!

They offer a huge variety in fitness whether you are into machine weight lifting free weights, kettle bells plying metrics TRX cardio step climbers treadmills arc trainer's elliptical machines weighted ball trainers Slam Wall and a variety of group fitness classes This place really lets you explore your mind to get your fitness in daily
