I called to have my bottom bracket removed. I asked if they had the proper tool (Park Tool BBT-5) on hand. They did and told me to come in. It was a fairly busy that day but I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I took my bike to the mechanic and he promptly took my bike to the back. 10 minutes later, he handed me my frameset and bottom bracket. I asked for the service charge and he said it was for free. I really appreciate the work done that day and will be back if I'm ever in the area.

My wife and I recently took delivery of two e-bikes. We were s bit apprehensive when Trek took over our favorite LBS having had great experiences doing business with the Peddler over many years and bikes. We've been very pleasantly surprised as our every expectation has been exceeded.
