Buying or Selling a home can be hard. Even with innovations like ibuying & cash offers, it is far from easy. Its complicated and intrinsically difficult. Chris helped my husband and I buy our first home and he was fantastic to work with! Buying a house (especially for first timers) can be so overwhelming and a bit intimidating, but Chris made the whole process feel like a breeze. He was very helpful, full of knowledge, and always willing to answer our many (many) questions. He was very upfront with us about how it could take awhile to find a house in this crazy market and encouraged us to be patient, that we will find the right one for us. Fortunately, it did not take that long, and he helped us secure the perfect starter home for us. 10/10 we would recommend Chris to anyone looking for a new place to call home! I cannot say enough good things about Chris Johnston. He was the absolute best person to help me and my husband purchase our first house in 2017. We were new to Memphis and his knowledge of the area was invaluable. Our experience was so good, it was a no brainer who to call when it came time to sell house number one and upgrade to our second house in early 2021!
