What a fabulous experience. We did a beginner mother/daughter self defense course for our girls heading to college. It was fantastic! We ALL left feeling so empowered! Chad and Chrissy did such a thorough job of not only situational awareness but also physical moves. No child should go to college without this knowledge. Obviously they do more advanced classes. We had 15 people that have never taken a self-defense course. Chad and Chrissy are awesome at meeting you at your level! No one should send their children away with out taking a class! Thank you so much. Some of us already planning to go back for more advanced classes. ?

Chad, the owner, is a standup guy and icon in the community. He works hard to train kids and teach them values they can take with them beyond the gym. But also, it's a laid back nonjudgmental gym that you can comfortably learn the basics.I have a lot of respect for him, because he genuinely cares about the community. More business owners should strive for this kind of excellence. Similarly, the staff he has, such as Brian, operate with similar standards. This is a place you can trust.

Mr. Chad is a wonderful instructor. He’s also willing to work with families, which for me, is amazing since i have 3 going to his class. I highly recommend for anyone, especially those with kids that have a lot of energy.
