Exceptional work and best customer service. Ashley was extremely knowledgeable and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. March 23, 2023 - I brought my VW Sportswagen to the shop due to my steering wheel locking up and the ignition lock cylinder somehow got jammed. I assume it was due to a repair shop I took it to back in Arizona when I got stranded for the same reason. They told me that they sprayed down the key hole with a type of silicone spray lubricant, rather than using powdered graphite, which overtime caked up the inside and locked it up again. This mechanic shop is very easy to work with. They got my car towed and fixed. They kept me updated to whenever they ran into an issue, which I appreciated. They got my car fixed and running great.Service: General repairs & maintenance
