“Overall good service, line was much longer than expected, but the service rep was very friendly and kept me updated. Only thing that was confusing to me is why it took over 1.5 hours where Valvoline only take around 15 minutes. Also so not impressed with the follow on text from a different service rep, telling me my glove compartment is not covered since I did not buy the vehicle at their location, which does not make sense since it's a brand new car (maybe 6-7 months only) and shouldn't big Honda cover it?“
