Prompt after hours service on my Goodman heat pump. I've had this unit for about 10 years. During that time, I've had ants eat the wiring on unit, a wall thermostat replaced, and this morning I had a burnt resistor. None of the problems were major, and always received prompt professional service. This morning (Saturday) I called for after-hours service at 7:00, call returned at 7:10 by Robert Smith who at the time was on another call 40 miles away but told me he would be here ASAP. I'm not positive about the time he got to my home, but he had me up and running at 10:45. On each repair the parts cost was low and basically just paid for the service call. I do recommend them.

Reviews
Started with Cannon Bros AC & Heat 2010. New home. All 3 systems from them. Always have had really great service. They all are good and Robert is our Man. David the owner has been especially nice to us over the years. You will not go wrong using Cannon Brothers. Best.
We highly recommend Cannon Brothers. They're tops in customer service, prompt (with phone call alerts) and best of all, HONEST! Unlike other HVAC companies we've called, we didn't need a whole new furnace or AC unit, just a replacement of a capacitor which was under warranty. We didn't know it was but Raul the technician told us it was. Thanks so much Raul and Cannon Brothers!
