I visited the Bombay Salon for the first time in the location Perkins , and Lisa did an amazing job with my eyebrows and facial. I absolutely loved the results! She was so gentle, professional, and incredibly polite throughout the appointment, which made me feel very comfortable. This was by far my best experience compared to other salon locations. I was torn between my rating. I would give my brow experience 5 stars, and my lash experience a 2. The 2 being for the customer service. My threaded brows by Ambi were perfect and so were my daughter's.
I went out on a limb and got my lashes done as well. The end result felt uncomfortable and I couldn't pinpoint what looked off, but I thought, well let me give it some time because this lash extension experience is new for me. I got home and saw that one eye was noticeably fuller. I told the tech that I wanted them to look natural. They felt heavy and did not look natural. Lisa is amazing when I say I haven’t been a 100% satisfied with my eyebrows in about 4/5 years. She kept my eyebrows thick how I like them and still managed to make them look so crispy and clean. Very light handed. And both of my eyebrows match. GO TO LISA!!!!
