They are clean quick and professional however don't let them use a drill on your natural nails hands or feet Drills are for acrylics not natural nails, just quicker to remove nail polish and get you in and out ruining your natural nail beds, ask for acetone to remove polish.

Two different techs did my nails and everyone knows their style is different. Yes my nails were not to my satisfaction. I told the tech that my nails looked different. She told me...it's ok..it's ok... I paid my $100. Last time
