Baptist Medical Group-Humphreys Family Practice Clinic is a place for the whole family. Patients have been coming for over 30 years and always had a positive experience. The facility is clean, well cared for, and smells good. The doctors have great bedside manner and are helpful, answering all questions. They are kind, compassionate, and professional. One doctor, Betsy Cordell, is amazing and compassionate. She listens to everything, talks genuinely, and spends a significant amount of time in the room, having conversations about life. She treats patients like they matter, making them feel much better mentally. The front desk staff is kind, understanding, and welcoming with a friendly conversation and big smile. Nurses are also kind and compassionate. The person who took blood was awesome and very nice, getting it quick on the first stick with no pain. Patients did not have to wait long, even as a walk-in or right before closing time. They were seen quickly and accommodated. Patients highly recommend this clinic.
I have been seeing this group for about 8 years. I love my doc Betsy Cordell. She is amazing and so nice to me. She listens to everything I have to say and she doesn't treat me like Im nothing. She talks to me like Im one of her friends. I love Betsy and want to keep her as my doc forever. LOVE HER!! And also the girl who took my blood this last time is AWESOME!! I think her name is Michelle but Im not very sure on that. I have crappy veins and usually I have alot of trouble getting blood drawn. She did that so smooth it seemed effortless. I didn’t have to wait long before I was seen since I was a walk-in. Although I did not get to see my primary care physician, there were two other doctors there that addressed my problem. I highly recommend Humphreys family Practice.
I went in right before closing time and they were so nice and accommodating and got me in and out quickly and made sure my leg was OK. Both the nurse and the doctor were so nice. I would definitely recommend anyone going there.
