The NP/ Doctor was attentive, patient, kind and very knowledgeable. The staff from the check in to the check out was professional and kind. I highly recommend this group and will be a part of this group as long as I am living in Memphis. I may even come back just for an appointment if I move out of the area. I don't know how they pick thier team and staff, but they are ALL A++. Even the nurse that phoned me with lab results. I am glad my friend recommend them to me.
One of the more efficiently run medical practices I have encountered. I arrived only 5 minutes ahead of my scheduled time and was escorted back to the treatment room just as I turned in my paperwork. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive. Very impressed with the office and Dr Zhou.
I was seen by Nurse Practitioner Whitney Mullins and she was very kind, attentive, and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed and felt supported about the next best steps for me and my health. The front desk staff and check out staff were also pleasant and professional. I think I've found my new PCP office and that makes me happy.
