They were more than nice getting information to me and ensuring the process was informative.
Signed paperwork for a new Cpap machine and waited for it to arrive.
Once it arrived I was matching the machine model against what I was billed for with my insurance and what I was to pay that insurance didn't cover.
It was not the model on the paperwork and it was an older model for the newer model price?
I have asked that they PU this unit since I do not want to pay for a model I didn't get and was charged for.

I was very impressed by Apria. We needed oxygen on July 4th, in order to go home. The hospitals regular company was closed but Apria came out in a thunderstorm to deliver! Follow up has been excellent also. Extra tanks, walker etc. So think you!
my shipment every 6 months was some how lost by the delivery people Apria tried to charge me twice but failed due to a lady named Lindsey who was an Angel at helping me after a India woman was terribly rude to me. Buy and service from America its much easier and easier to understand people.
