We all sometimes make mistakes, run into problems you couldn’t see beforehand, but what sets you apart is how they are handled. The Dr and staff worked hard to make me comfortable, and I have gotten a lot of positive feedback from friends and family on the outcome.
I am still in the process of getting my replacement dentures but so far the staff has been great. Dr McKinney is very nice and thorough. He never makes you feel like he is rushed and seems to really care about providing a quality denture. I can’t wait to see the final product!
