“This was my first time trying acupuncture, and I went in because I was dealing with stress-related neck and back pain. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. The receptionist was very friendly and kind, and she noticed that I was a veteran. She shared with me how many veterans are referred to them through a specific program, which I really appreciated.
Chuck completed my initial assessment, and although it didn’t take long, it was clear that he genuinely cared about understanding what could be causing my pain. He listened, asked questions, and got straight to work.
When I left, I definitely felt better. There was still a dull ache, but it was nothing compared to how I felt when I first walked in. I waited a few days before posting my review because I had read that acupuncture can work instantly for some people, while for others it may take a little time. After two days, the pain in my back was completely gone.
I will definitely be back if the pain returns or if I have any other body aches and pains. I’m grateful for such a positive first experience!”
