Recently had this company inspect our home in 2026. He definitely didnt even do half of a good job. Do not book this company as your inspector even if someone refers him to you. It’s not worth the money you’ll pay on the back end. I repeat DO NOT book this COMPANY!! He said our HVAC was good for a couple of more years but it went out 2 days into getting the house. Our hot water heater was not up to code and we also had to pay more money for that! The real professionals we had come fix these issues even said the inspector should’ve flagged these problems!

One of the biggest jokes in the business. My realtor recommend these joker's and I hat they did. I have rotten wood in my door frames, rips in pool cover, chuncks out of walls and mold in sheetrock wall on a home they passed !! When I called to complain Earnest Spencer told me he is not responsible!!! But he inspected the home

They did not stand behind their inspection. Inspected my new home and pool and 2 days later after the closing on the house I found the liner in the pool was bad and has to be replaced. When I called to ask them about this, I was asked "Well didn't you look at the pool?", and told me" I am not paying for a new liner". I was looking for help, not the whole price of a new liner but they have completely ignored my messages about a resolution to the $5000 fix which could have been negotiated in the purchase price of the home had I known the liner was bad before making an offer.
