I been going there for years I am 27 greatStaff and good service I have been to len crafters and other eye glasses company and always make it back to them I really recommend them to everyone and only reason why I left my job insurance them cover them anymore and yes everyone can smoke on there break and you have to have glasses lock up during these days and age .

Appt at 10:30, not even called till 11:10.......floors need vacuumed in waiting area as well as 1st exam room before U see Dr.......numerous ceiling tiles stained brown & chairs torn up, bad look for business. When your done with exam they send u to pick frames, but the guy is out front (smoking I believe) so u cant try on frames to even pick one because they are all locked up. You'd think the overprice they have written on frames was actual value. LMBO cheapest frame I saw was $165 but they all look cheap. Left without ordering glasses----1.5 hrs to get prescription. I ended up getting designer/name brand frames at different store for $99 & they actually came with 1yr...read full review
