It’s almost a month and I’m still waiting on my glass no one answer the phone so I drive across town for nothing. Also I get there and they’re not busy at all . We have use this one for years time to move on !

I took my Brother here to get a pair of glasses. The front desk clerk was very friendly and professional. He is partially blind in one eye. They did a full eye exam and discuss with him the type of glasses would be best for him. After they discuss with him the type of glasses would be best for him they fitted him for some glasses after him and I selected the kind and color he would like. It took about 2-3 weeks.to come in..They call me and took me that his glasses had come in. I took him and he tried on his glasses,they made some adjustments to them. My brother said that they help him to see better. The entire staff they an outstanding job!!! I highly recommend them.

I absolutely love Dr. Sloan he is an excellent optometrist, he does thorough exams and makes you feel comfortable. His staff has changed over the years, they are not as helpful or accommodating as his former staff was. If I didn’t have history at this office I would leave. It’s hard for me to pay for suboptimal service.
