I had to bring my son here while on vacation and the staff, nurses and doctor were great! I can’t say enough about them. They were kind, professional and really cared about my son being sick.
My husband and I went in on a Saturday morning last week. The doctor and nurse were extremely professional. The doctor being a gentleman requested a knee x-ray. Fast, professional & great bed side manner. Called back on Monday and spoke with nurse Sandra, again had professional & understanding, needed x-ray forwarded…Sandra did it immediately. WOW impressed! Had to call back since we had a small glitch. My only thing I can say, who answered, she was definitely not Sandra. Explained what I needed and this young lady dismissed me. I'm not one that thinks about leaving reviews but as I was checking their hours for today (open until 8pm on Saturdays!), I was SHOCKED to see ANY negative reviews. This prompted my own...I have had Dr Nerland as my primary care Dr for 3 1/2 years. He helped me identify my health issues and prioritize the order of getting them fixed and sent to the appropriate specialists. To say he saved my life is an understatement. I was hauling around 40lbs of excess fluid, a 12mm kidney stone, a dead gallbladder and an undiagnosed autoimmune disease. I was a MESS.
