Our crawlspace is no joke. It is narrow, long, and even dips below a sunken living room. When we received our home inspection back, it was clear that we needed to have our crawlspace worked on ASAP. When they arrived, their crew took the time to explain what they were doing and worked tirelessly to complete the job. They were kind, respectful, and when they finished - it looked they had never been here. They even installed a crawlspace door for us!! I would recommend Thomas Waterproofing over and over. I visited Dr Chinta for I-693 Civil Surgeon appointment. He was great and knew what he was doing. He worked with some of the tests we made outside and also ran only a few tests we missed. He was very accommodating. Despite being a bit far from Knoxville, they had open spots closer in date and they mailed out all the documents which made it easy without doing a second trip there. Awesome experience, would recommend.
My Mother’s dog gets his meds there and they have been really good to our sweet Fitz & his thyroid issues. He was like a new dog when his thyroid perked up

Tonia was fantastic! (Although the atmosphere was hands down the best place in Maynardville!) I wass greeted promptly by Gizmo, yes there is the cutest pup in the salon, and had highlights and a cut that was long overdue! The price was very reasonable and I will be returning for the future! So happy to have found the steel magnolia crew!
