We contracted with White Oak for a complete remodel of a small cabin in Townsend. This property had not been very well maintained so there were plenty of surprises along the way. Bob and his team were always very upfront and transparent about any additional costs or impacts to our timeline if required. The team was almost always onsite when planned and if they had other issues arise, they would proactively let us know. After a complete gut of the interior and exterior, we are very satisfied with the quality of work and reasonable final cost even with multiple major issues along the way. White Oak is a quality operation with great people on the team that you can trust.

We recently built a home in Townsend, Tennessee and chose White Oak Construction as our builder. The reason we wanted to work with Gil was his knowledge, integrity and honesty. We could not be more pleased with the final product. Gil and his crew were able to provide guidance to achieve our wishes and stay within our budget. Whenever costs were above expectations Gil would contact us directly before proceeding with any work, very much appreciated. This left no surprises at the completion of the construction. White Oak built a deck on the back of our house. We recently downsized from a much larger house that, through the years, I had done most of the work on myself, including building two decks. More than anything else, age prevented me from building this one and I was a bit anxious about someone doing the work I had always done. I had no reason for concern, the crew from White Oak did a great job and took the amount of care I would have taken if I had built the deck. I am more than satisfied with their work.
