On the 6th April 2023; I had the bestcustomer service experience at Ulta. I want to compliment Lucy at Watkins Road store in Maryville, TN. If there was a metal to be given for customer service; I would give her a GOLD metal. Lucy you are a bright and shining star.

Listen, when I tell y’all how much I love it there…. Dana, Lily, Beth, Luci, Jazzy, Bethany, at some point everyone has helped me in that store. No matter how many questions, no matter how many times I go back & forth, I always get smiles. I have done some returns but they NEVER make me feel bad for any trial and errors with products. I can’t even think of a proper amount I have spent there & as long as those ladies named above are there, so will I! On top of that, Luci has done my brows quite a few times (& I have neglected to make another appointment, sorry Luci) but it is definitely needed & she will be the girl I go to! Dana was the best! We went to look for our foundation shade , she was super patient and helpful and made sure we felt comfortable with our final purchase. Answered all of our questions and helped us tried many different shades and really just guided us throughout the whole process. We are happy and confident. Definitely coming again!
