First off...we wanted to give Semper Fi Sheds our business due to the fact that each of the owners are former military (Marines). That, in itself, brought us to their business. Each one of them (and dog😁) treated us right and made the whole process of customizing our shed easy as can be. Jon and his staff took the time to walk through all the options, answered every question, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. It’s hard to find folks these days who care about doing things the right way and treating customers like neighbors, but they sure do. We wanted a building as a workshop for me and knew we wanted a prefab. Stopped at a couple of building places in the area, but didn’t get the “caring” service I was looking for. Found Semper Fi Sheds and stopped in to look at their buildings. I knew somewhat of what I wanted but needed to actually see my vision in person. Brendan helped us out, no pressure, we walked the lot to see all the buildings. They had a 28’x32’ and I knew that was the style I wanted but a bit smaller and customized. We sat down and started talking specs, answered all my questions, and gave me a couple recommendations for construction, as we would need a pad prepped. Within a couple days we met with one of the construction recommendation and we reviewed our property, where would the building go, what size, etc. Brendan also met us at our house so I could get assurance that the truck and building would be able to make our road (windy, trees, no wider than 1 1/2 cars wide). No problem he said. We went in to finalize the size (at first it was going to be 24’x28), 24’x24’. Did the customization for windows, door, garage door, colors, material, etc. We set it in stone and put the order in. A couple days later I decided I didn’t want a center post, could this be change. He called Cherokee and yes, they could do cross braces for the ceiling and it was only $32 more. This was in the winter and we knew it would be done till after the holidays, no problem. Delivery was pretty flawless. It was amazing watching basically 1 person do majority of the work. A couple days later, another crew came out to put the building together and finish up the floor. Cherokee left me some small bottles of paint to match my colors and when I had to use some to touch up around lights we put outside, the paint was clumpy. I called Brendan and he asked Cherokee to drop them off at SF when they could. Instead, Cherokee did dropped them off at our door step a few days later. What a great surprise. Every question I hade was answered, every phone call answered or returned, felt cared for and always treated with respect. Will definitely recommend and will go back when we might need additional buildings.
