I called RV Solutions and the owner was actually out of town caring for a family member, but he answered! Not only did he answer, but he walked me through step-by-step to get my rig up and running! I definitely will use this business in this business only for any of my RV needs!!!!!! I’m not very good with a multimeter, or electricity in general. He was able to walk me through step-by-step and rule out the converter!!! Saved me $500. He actually did the right thing and save me money rather than scheduling a service call!
Our refrigerator quit working in our travel trailer. We contacted RV solutions. Brian diagnosed the problem and had it fixed for the price he projected very quickly. Based on my experience, I would recommend RV solutions.
Spoke to the owner Brian Habblett from RV solutions around 6:00pm on 6/7/22. The business name said he's in Florida but he's now in the Knoxville TN area. We told him about our problem with the RV. Brian was very pleasant on the phone and said he would be here the next day at 9:00am. Guess what. HE WAS EARLY!!! Absolutely love that. He was very knowledgeable about what our problem was (batteries were not charging). Not only did he fix the problem very quickly but he also took the time to educate my wife and I about how to fix and prevent the problem from recurring since we're novice RV'ers. The price for the service call, parts and labor were very reasonable. If you're ever in the Knoxville TN area and have issues with your RV I highly recommend him.
