“We are so blessed to have found Home Instead. They have all been wonderful to work with. Our coordinator, Kylie always responds promptly and she comes personally to discuss with my dad the needs or concerns that he has. Having the family portal has been wonderful to communicate to my dad’s care assistant and for them to keep us updated. The scheduling people have been helpful in making any adjustments we have needed. Dad’s care assistant, Lisa, has assisted my dad in living his best life at this stage. She looks after his every need, takes him to appointments and to morning breakfast with his friends, she does cooking and cleaning. Lisa treats dad so well that we have adopted her into our family. We are so grateful that dad is being taken care and that he has someone there with him”
