I do apologize for the tone of my review. I was hoping you had a miracle or up your sleeve. Please excuse my holiday stress, that may ,did, have a n effect. I would love to come by after the holidays so that I can learn more about it. Please accept my apologies and attitude. I needed to learn more about the processes. Extraordinary honesty and service. Let me share a story. . . My husband and I went on a cruise and he won $1,000+ in the casino. He put a $1,000 chip in his shirt pocket and then later when we went home, he totally forgot about it. We dry cleaned the shirt and put it in the closet until our next cruise. He took the shirt out of the plastic and put it on today and found that chip in there. I know the cleaners had to have found it while cleaning and ironing the shirt, but they put it back in the shirt and didn’t keep it (we never would have known). In regards to a post from a gentleman on here blasting our buisness,my husband and I did ask him to leave for several reasons ,some of which pertain to how he acted with my employee's and my husband,we are family owned and operated and we go out of our way to help any customer ,we had more than one altercation with the gentleman,so yes he was asked to leave,if any one has any questions please by all means come in and speak to us at anytime,we will be glad to help any one with any thing you may need,we are by far not claiming to be perfect,but we strive daily to accommodate our customer's needs.
