Edit:Dr Reynolds called and spoke with me about all of this today. She addressed all of my concerns and was kind and apologetic for the error in the charge. I will accept that all of my concerns were a product of miscommunication and/or misunderstandings. The error in the charge has been corrected and I appreciate that very much.

Dr. Debbie and her staff have been taking care of our furry family members for 7 years now! We can always count on great service and the BEST caring and gentle treatment of our little ones.
