The receptionist was my only problem. I sat my bag on the counter next to a notice in a frame that I thought was plastic.. my bag hit it knocked it on the floor n the glass shattered. UGH, If I wasn't feeling bad enuf to catch her making a look of disgust to her co-worker was uncalled for.. Yes lady u were caught and I spoke to the office people about it.. I highly doubt anything was said to her. However I apologized n picked up the glass. The nicer Receptionist came with a broom n swept it up and was very nice... read full review
All of the associates were very nice and polite. I was there approximately one and a half hour but that was okay, they were busy. My only complaint was the examination room was very dirty. The exam table was extremely dirty and the floor was very dirty.
They were short staffed, it didn't make it any easier with my acute sciatic nerve pain, I couldn't sit, or walk. I waited almost 3 hours before I was called. I spoke with the front desk to see why my name still had NOT been listed on the reader board, after already waiting 2 hours. Suddenly my name appeared. I think they forgot all about me.
Finally when I was seen, they did do a thorough health check. The doctor was very polite, informative and professional. The nurse however in my opinion, was not educated enough to know that my sudden spike in BP 185/110 was temporary due to the extreme painful situation I was in.
