Good price, been here over a month and no broken equipment so far. Got the basic equipment (squat rack, bench, deadlift area, etc) dumbbells up to 100lbs, small locker area, shower. I'd put it somewhere between a planet fitness and gold's gym.
A couple buddies and I were out here in Tennessee for work, and needed to hit the gym. Looked up a couple gyms online and this one caught my eye, with the day pass being only 10$ we couldn’t pass it up. Very nice, clean free weight/machine packed gym. Friendly gym goers and good music. Definitely recommend. Definitely will be back!
Love everything, nice clean place. But have been wondering about the waters and drinks in the fridges, how does that process work, do we pay extra or are they included with premium package??? Honest question. I haven’t been able to catch staff there in time yet thanks!
