I called on behalf of our company to have flowers delivered for the funeral of an employee’s family member. I got the funeral arrangement details very late so I called last minute around 1pm and the order was taken and delivered by 5:30pm. Michael was very helpful and made it happen despite me calling at the most absolute last minute!
