“Rachel has done my hair for 3 years. Every appointment, I leave feeling like a younger and refreshed version of me. Her personality makes you feel welcomed and at ease. If you’re looking for a great stylist, one with a great personality, and talent. She’s the one to visit at Hair Blvd.”
