My little doggy fell sick on a Friday evening and I honestly can’t say enough good about this vet !! The care and compassion he showed my little froobie . Bringing her in with no appointment on Friday evening. Having emergency surgery. Calming a very worried dog mom . Excellent bedside manner . Froobie is recovering and doing good. Thank you so much highly recommended!
I have been rescuing dogs most of my life. When I moved from San Antonio TX with 8 rescues, I came to Coffee County Veterinary Hospital and was treated with kindness and immense support of all my animals. Yesterday, Dr. Hoover had to put down my dachshund of 19 years of age - as he has done with many of my aging rescues. He did so even though he was feeling extremely ill and had to be seen for his own illness. He returned to help my dachshund get permanent relief from her aging conditions. ME … thank you for your review …. you missed a confirmed appointment in the morning then were upset when you just walked in in the afternoon and couldn’t be seen …. we made you a new appointment and you missed that one as well without calling …. you take up time others could be seen so yes your were charged an office call …. which a family member paid and another then kept your appointment so at this point i’m not sure what your complaint is …. and we do not have an office manager much less a she office manager …. and Dr Hoover called you back and you did not return my call …. if you have a concern you can call and talk to me instead of an anonymous...read full review
