Great serviceAlways leaves area around trash neat and clean. The service tech or area supervisor gave our organization a reasonable contract price. If you need a monthly waste service I would recommend WM .

Although a nation wide company, my local service in Lebanon TN seems to be lacking. I'm on the end of week 2 waiting for a container delivery with trash building up in my garage. I've spoke with customer service 3 times and they just push back the delivery date again. I asked for a reimbursement of funds sobI can simply go with another service and I was told I had to wait till the start of service to get that done although the company has already withdrawn the funds. I am currently having to take my trash to the local dump to pay for service.

Picked up an EMPTY container minutes before our crew showed up to the jobsite to fill it. No call. No inquiry. No question as to why they were picking up an empty container. Then they charged me full price for it, as if it was full. No working with them on that. We'll not use WM again.
