New patient, be prepared to wait a long time. Appointment was at 9:45 and I communicated with them that if the wait was longer than 30 minutes that we would have to kindly choose another business. Asked another patron how long they had been waiting. Their appointment was at 9:30, arrived at 9:10, and first person in her party was seen at 10:05. I kindly communicated that I would like the same professional and appointment expectations set for me to be model from them. The receptionist was kind and professional. I really wanted to give this organization an opportunity.Update: We went to the back 2 minutes before my 30 minute cut off. We loved the service!
I have been going to rivergate village dental for 10 years now I have cerebral palsy Dr Hall is an amazing dentist she's very understanding and knows how to meet every need and makes me feel very comfortable and with her and her staff I'm not afraid to get my teeth worked on thank you
