Family & i have been waiting for almost 4 hours in the lobby. Receptionist stated at 1:08pm the staff was going to lunch at 1:30pm and would return at 2:30pm, the receptionist was no where to be found until 3:15pm, but somehow we are still currently waiting in the lobby at 3:30pm to be seen by tax preparer. I understand lunch is important for everyone, but 2 hours for lunch is unacceptable for any kind of business, if your staff is not responsible enough to take ONE hour of lunch, then don’t take lunch at the same time, do rotational lunches instead, there is no real reason for all the staff to go to lunch at the same time, if their clients all left at different times....read full review

Not very professional staff , probably with not experience, I have to call them all the time and be in person to many times to see the update on my taxes. In general they never handle well the taxes on my business.
They need more communications with the clients and constantly keep the follow up and update by calls, text or emails.
Very disappointed.

Best place to do your taxes! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable on multiple topic and the hospitality is great! I've never been to an office where I feel so at home! Very understanding of your situations and the staff is always available to help! The fees are very reasonable and never fluctuate as other places I have done business in the past. I would recommend this office to anyone!!
