We all know that nobody enjoys having to have their eyes checked and having to get glasses or contacts but when the environment is so welcoming it makes sense to say something.
TBH, I am not sure why I have not reviewed this location before as we have been coming to the Rivergate Visionworks for many years, thanks (and sadly) due to a bad experience at the Hendersonville location.
The customer service at the Rivergate location is always great. We dealt with Misty L today and just her welcoming personality and customer service made this visit with my wife and 3 kids another justification for our continued business.
