Love this shop! Jason has amazing employees and they never disappoint! TattooCharlene has done all my tattoo work and I absolutely love her! Courtney has done my piercings and she is also an amazing artist as well! TattooCharlene always gives me what I ask for with creative and helpful advice along the way. If you haven't been there you are missing out. Thank you TattooCharlene, Jason and Courtney!

Fresh Start is really fantastic. I think that the shop is very easily accessible from the road and is in a decent part of the Madison area. When I walk in the shop, I feel comfortable. Courtney is very nice and is interactive with everyone in the shop. I had my industrial piercings done by her and I saw her take everything out of the sealed packaging, as well as sterilize the bar and needle after removing them before piercing me. The pain from the piercing was minimal to what I expected and done quickly. She did fantastic. Jason is really incredible with his tattoos.
