I had an issue with a mini split not cooling properly in my basement. We previously had another couple guys come out and not be able to fix the issue. The Evolution Home Services tech did his troubleshooting steps, located a failed part and a leak that he repaired. Has been working wonderfully ever since. Would recommend them for your home HVAC repair needs

Service was great, up front about pricing and informative about what was wrong and needed replaced. They installed a new HVAC unit last week and it has worked well since. Communication was clear and direct and the crew who did the install cleaned up after & were professional.

I've always had terrible luck with home appliance repair companies charging me $150 just to show up and then charging me minimum hours and 5x the cost of replacement parts readily available on Amazon. This company contacted our neighborhood offering free HVAC inspections and tune ups ahead of the severe hot weather event. I was skeptical but they really did show up and clean my condenser fan coil and other services at no charge. They showed me the parts to watch for and later submitted me a report with photos showing what parts may need to be replaced soon and what parts to keep an eye on.
